She graduated from Clarke Central High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in Special Education from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree in business from Piedmont College. She taught elementary and high school Special Education in Oconee County and Madison County before going into real estate in 2002.
Sarah worked in banking during college and then in mortgage lending. She credits this work for giving her great insight into the system and a behind the scenes understanding of the loan process, from application to closing. She worked as a Realtor’s Assistant, learning the ropes to the industry before becoming a Realtor herself. Sarah has strong market knowledge of the Athens and Oconee areas and recently earned her Broker’s License.
Sarah lives in Watkinsville with her husband and their four children.
