Hiring Joe P (as everyone seems to refer to him as) was probably the best thing we did when buying our house. We had just moved to town and didn’t know any real estate agents, so we figured we would look at a couple houses and talk with the listing agents. Out of those Joe P was by far the best. He got to know us and basically what we were looking for. We had 9 things on our “wish list” for our future house but, apparently, that was a tough combination of things. This is where Joe really shined. We would send him house we’d find online but we never saw most of them.

Unbelievably incredible experience! My mom had to be moved into a personal care very quickly due to health issues. Joe had the home listed immediately and under contract in less than ONE WEEK! He and Stephanie handled all the details from inspections, to cleaning, etc. and were very accommodating and made a very quick and difficult move (during the pandemic) seamless. Joe and his team are nothing short of amazing! He helped us buy a house on the other side of the country in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. We weren't able to be there for the many phases of the buying process but Joe took care of everything for us. He even made sure we had lawn care set up til we arrived.
