Joe helped us sell our home in Boulevard from several states away during the COVID pandemic. He and his team were very responsive to our needs and provided great support. He coordinated with our landscaper to present the house in the best light and managed the logistics of getting cleaners and workmen in as needed to handle issues that arose that would otherwise have required us to return.
