Kris Robinson was born and raised in Raleigh, NC and has aBusiness Degree from High Point University. After college he moved to Marietta, GA for work. Prior to the birth of their daughter, Kris and his wife Emily started visiting Oconee County (almost weekly) looking fora new community to call home. After a long search, they bought land where they contracted and built their own home. Kris previously practiced real estate on the side while working as a sales representative in the furniture industry for over 15 years. He has recently reinstated his license and joined the team at Nabo Realty, specializing in commercial real estate, land, investment properties and development in Northeast Georgia. Kris loves the numbers side of real estate and how it all comes together to benefit his clients looking to make smart investments. He loves to geek out on Qpublic and many other real estate data websites, watching the market and is a whiz with a spreadsheet. Kris has partnered with Nabo broker Joe Polaneczky on commercial and residential development, including the Silo Park at ColonySquare office/warehouse complex in Watkinsville. Kris and Emily love their quiet life in the country. Kris serves on the Oconee County Board of Assessors and attends Watkinsville First Baptist Church. In addition to his interest in construction/development, Kris enjoys spending time with his family and working outside and in his shop.
