The end result was a beautiful home in an area we never thought we’d be able to afford.
Once the renovation was well underway on our new home, we contacted Joe again to list our other house. Our goal was a fast sale at the best possible price and the advice he provided with regard to what work needed to be done before listing was spot on. We took every bit of advice he gave us (including recommendations on professionals to get the work done fast) and after more than 30 showings in 45 days we had a solid contract in hand at a fantastic price. We went to closing 2 weeks before we were ready to refinance our renovation/construction loan on the new home – the timing was incredible and it was due in large part to Joe’s hustle, negotiating skills, and large network.
In addition to all the skills listed above, Joe is honest, friendly, easy to communicate with, and has put together a responsive and helpful team that helped us every step of the way through both the buying and selling processes. Our experience with Joe in both buying and selling was life-changing for us as we are now comfortably in a home that is a perfect fit for our family and life-style in a location that is beyond perfect.
Joe will tell it like it is – he will tell you what you need to hear, not necessarily what you want to hear. Listen to him!
